Heritage Bank is a member of the Wisconsin ACH Association. The ACH network is a national payment system by which banks can electronically transmit deposits and payments for its customers.

Your payroll can be electronically transmitted directly into each employee's checking or savings account, regardless of where they bank. This system can provide valuable benefits to you as an employer and for your employees.

Increase Productivity: Your payroll data is sent directly to the ACH network by Heritage Bank thus reducing printing, stuffing and mailing paper checks.

Saves Time and Money: Less paper checks to purchase, write, reconcile and mail.

Greater Security and Confidentiality: The Federal government and the National ACH Association regulate electronic payments. There is less interference with electronic transactions than with paper checks.

What Are Your Processing Options?

  1. You can prepare your payroll, copy the ACH portion down to a diskette and deliver to Heritage Bank. We, in turn, process and transmit your file.

  2. You can use our electronic system to upload your payroll data into our database. It will then be retrieved by Heritage Bank and transmitted directly to ACH.
